Philips EP5447/90 care: AquaClean, descaler, oil tablets and LatteGo

For Philips 5400 LatteGo EP5447/90, AquaClean treats the incoming water, CA6704/10 tablets clean coffee oils from the brew group, and CA6700/10 solution descales the water circuit. They do different jobs.

LatteGo care follows a separate washing procedure. The model’s current manufacturer manual does not instruct you to put the coffee tablets or descaler in the milk container.

Choose the reference by task

The manufacturer manual linked from EP5447/90 support separates AquaClean activation, Brew group clean, Descaling and Quick milk clean. The product specification supplies the retail pack details.
