The US CM 5310 product page lists GP CL CX 0102 T under cleaning products. The North American manual identifies the brew-unit cleaning programme and asks for one tablet.

Water filtration, coffee-oil cleaning, milk cleaning and descaling do different jobs. Follow the programme for the complete model; a replacement part and a care chemical are separate purchases.
